Frequently asked questions
Will it melt?
Our Yule Logs are 100% ice cream and must be stored in a freezer.
We recommend bringing a thermal or cool bag when collecting your order. Once home, keep the Yule Log flat in the freezer with nothing placed on top of the packaging and avoid storing it in the freezer door.
When you're ready to serve, slice using a hot knife. Simply return any remaining Yule Log to the freezer afterwards.est to work with you to make it right.
How many people does it serve?
This depends on portion size, but we'd recommend each Yule Log for approximately 6–8 people.
Any leftovers can be returned to the freezer and enjoyed for up to 3 weeks.
When can i collect order?
You can collect your order from the 18th Dec. Please bare in mind we close on the 24th at 2pm
Can I order one for New Year's Eve?
Yes, but all Christmas orders must be collected by 2pm on 24th December, when we close for Christmas.
You're welcome to collect your Yule Log before Christmas and keep it frozen until New Year's Eve.
When will you stop taking orders?
Availability is limited by how many Yule Logs we're able to make and store.
We currently expect orders to close around 8th December, although this may be earlier if we sell out.
After the order cut-off, we'll operate a reserve list. Any additional availability will only be confirmed around midday on Christmas Eve and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
